Southwest Florida Cotillions

Founded by Charles and Ann Winters in 1979, the National League of Junior Cotillions ™ is a nationwide organization that teaches social etiquette and dance to middle school students.   All chapters follow a national curriculum. Directors are carefully selected and attend regular training in both dance and etiquette.

The Charlotte Harbor Chapter, established in 2004, has graduated over one-hundred poised and confident young men and woman.  A new chapter at the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center has recently been established in downtown Fort Myers.

The cotillion program accepts students, 6th - 8th grades.  Registration is limited, is on a first-come, first-served basis, and must balance between Ladies and Gentlemen.  The Season officially begins in October.  Registration opens in the Spring of each year at our Parent Reception.

The mission of the National League of Junior Cotillions is to teach our youth the value of treating others with honor, dignity, and respect for better relationships with family, friends, and community and to provide instruction and practice in social dance.
